Cosmetic Treatment
Rejuran is an advanced bio-regenerative skin treatment powered by highly purified polynucleotides (PN), DNA fragments derived from wild salmon. When injected into the skin, these PN molecules work to stimulate the skin’s natural repair mechanisms, prompting collagen and elastin production, enhancing cellular regeneration, and improving skin barrier function.
Unlike traditional fillers that add volume, or wrinkle-relaxing injectables that suppress muscle movement, Rejuran works at a cellular level to encourage the skin to rehabilitate and rejuvenate itself.
How Rejuran Works
The treatment also supports cellular regeneration, improves skin barrier integrity, boosts hydration, and may reduce inflammation, contributing to healthier, more resilient skin over time.

Rejuran is designed for use anywhere on the body where we want to promote skin healing, rejuvenation, and reverse signs of ageing.
It’s an excellent treatment for scarring and inflammation concerns like rosacea, as well as ageing signs such as fine lines, wrinkles, loss of tone, and uneven texture. As an injectable treatment, Rejuran is placed into the dermis, the layer of skin beneath the epidermis. Injections are typically administered to areas such as the face, neck, hands, or décolletage, but it is not limited to these zones.
Â
This treatment enhances skin density by stimulating natural collagen production, which improves elasticity. By repairing damaged skin cells, it rejuvenates the skin’s texture and laxity, providing smoothing and tightening benefits. Rejuran is particularly effective around the eye area for general skin tightening and collagen stimulation, firming, hydrating, and brightening the skin. It can also be used to treat the entire face, neck, and décolletage for comprehensive rejuvenation.
The results of any bio-stimulation treatment do not diminish on their own—it’s the natural ageing process that necessitates repeat treatments to maintain results.
Â
To sustain these results and continue delaying the signs of ageing, we recommend undergoing a course of treatments each year. There’s no obligation to continue using Rejuran; stopping won’t cause adverse effects. However, without ongoing treatment, the natural aging process will proceed without intervention.
As always, there is risk involved with every treatment. At One Cosmetic we like our patients to be aware of risks and be well educated on the treatments they are undergoing. The risks associated with lip filler treatments are:
You cannot receive treatment if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, or under the age of 18. Individuals with a history of anaphylaxis, multiple severe allergies, or an allergy to gram-positive bacterial proteins should avoid these injections. Clients taking aspirin, clopidogrel, dipyridamole, warfarin, or non-steroidal analgesics like ibuprofen have an increased risk of bruising. Those on immunosuppressive therapy face a higher risk of infection from injections and should proceed with caution.
It is important to inform the consulting practitioner of your full medical history. Individuals with a history of cold sores may experience a recurrence after treatment, but this can be minimised with antiviral medications.
Immediately after your dermal filler treatment, you may experience:
These are common and should resolve within a few days to weeks. The final results will be visible around 4-6 weeks post-treatment, at which point your doctor can assess whether further treatments are needed.
