Skin Health
Cutera Laser Genesis is a noninvasive laser treatment that uses advanced technology to delicately raise the temperature of the skin’s upper layer by emitting laser energy through thousands of micro pulses. This gentle heat stimulates the regeneration of collagen, resulting in a radiant skin appearance. What makes Laser Genesis particularly convenient is its quick duration, making it the ultimate lunchtime procedure. In less than thirty minutes, your skin undergoes complete rejuvenation, allowing you to return to your office before the lunch hour concludes.Laser Genesis will address skin conditions sych as: typically linked to
Laser Genesis enables a more youthful look. Scientifically validated, this procedure has demonstrated its ability to generate fresh collagen.
Undergoing a Laser Genesis treatment is a genuinely relaxing experience, akin to a luxurious facial but with superior effectiveness. While achieving optimal results may require up to six Laser Genesis sessions, the long-term benefits are well worth it.
Unlike traditional facials, Laser Genesis facials have the power to stimulate collagen regrowth, eliminate sunspots, and reduce pore size. Additionally, they effectively diffuse facial redness often associated with rosacea. The convenience of Laser Genesis as a lunchtime procedure is unparalleled – in less than thirty minutes, your skin undergoes complete rejuvenation, allowing you to return to your office before the lunch hour concludes.
The quantity and timing of treatments will be customized based on your skin type, specific concerns, and your desired outcomes. Typically, individuals undergo a series of 3-6 sessions, with approximately one month between each treatment before observable results begin to appear. However, when these results do become apparent, you’ll notice a significant improvement in skin texture, a radiant and even skin tone, and an overall more youthful complexion. Given that each patient’s needs are unique, it is crucial to arrange a consultation to determine your specific requirements and the number of Laser Genesis treatments that may be necessary for you.
We offer multi- treatment appointments to maximise your time in clinic
Laser Genesis Facial was design by our skin therapists to optimise your skin health. Our therapists will start by double cleansing your skin, followed by an advanced botanical active peel system designed to resurface and polish your skin. Once ready, your therapist will mark up the desired treatment area and begin. You will have goggles on during the treatment for safety. The laser feels like a warm sensation, almost like warm sand on your face.
Post treatment we will apply a mask suited to your skin. We will also give you 15 minutes under the LED to further simulate your natural collagen production.
If your skin needs a little extra TLC we can do a hydrafacial to do a deep cleanse, peel and extract dead skin cells and sebum, then perform a laser genesis treatment to stimulate new collagen production and get your skin in optimal health.
Laser Genesis works great when you commit to a series of treatments. you can have treatments every 2-6 weeks.
We regularly get asked about our procedures, so we have put together a couple of questions we get asked on a regular basis. If there is something else you would like to know, please get in touch!
It is absolutely essential to steer clear of sun exposure for a minimum of three weeks both before and after the treatment. This precaution is crucial as the treated area becomes more susceptible to sunburn and heightened pigmentation during this timeframe. Applying a sunblock with an SPF of 30+ or 50+ is imperative, and it should be used consistently on a daily basis for one to two weeks following the treatment.
Cutera invented the Laser Genesis treatment. There are many copies of the device out there, however the cutera device remains the gold standard in Australia due to their research, safety and device efficacy.
There is essentially no down time with this treatment, you can experience mild pinkness that subsides within in a few hours.
