Skin Treatment

Hydrafacial

Improve your overall skin tone, texture, and appearance with our Hydrafacial treatments.

Unlike traditional facials, the Hydrafacial is delivered using state-of-the-art technology. The treatment does a deep exfoliation, cleaning your pores and removing debris. It also allows for better penetration of face serums according to your skin type. The patented device creates a vortex to wipe away all the dirt, oil and dead skin cells. It also bathes your skin in moisturising and cleansing solutions full of antioxidants and peptides.

How does it work?

It works by extracting all the dirt and debris from the depth of your skin. The technology one uses in this treatment unclogs pores and makes your skin perfect. This treatment has evolved from traditional facials and uses technology to bring about lasting and drastic changes to your skin. There is a deep cleaning of pores till perfection, and your skin will glow after the treatment:

Cleansing- To wash away all the impurities and dead skin cells, firstly, your skin is deeply cleansed. It is relaxing for you and your skin both. Consequently, deeper impurities will come up to the surface, leaving your skin clean.

Acid peel- The peels named Glycolic and Salicylic acid are used to cleanse your skin. In most cases, the acid peels lead to discomfort, redness, and tingling sensations in the person. As compared to the average peel, hydrafacial uses peel in such a fair manner. Without a doubt, it is a hydrating facial treatment.

Extraction- For pulling deep impurities from your skin, hydrafacial uses vortex technology, a uniquely designed vacuum system. Like in a typical facial, there is no pulling or pinching in hydrafacial. There will not be any irritation on the skin and no redness to tell people that you had a facial. Also, your skin will be moisturised during extraction. It is due to this only that your skin will turn out to be smooth and healthy-looking.

Nourish and hydrate- Your skin will be doused in antioxidants and peptides to give your skin the best glow. You can also get it personalized according to your skin’s unique needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

We regularly get asked about our procedures, so we have put together a couple of questions we get asked on a regular basis. If there is something else you would like to know, please get in touch!

The Hydrafacial treatment is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The treatment can be customised according to your particular skin type and condition.

Yes! At One Cosmetic, we can mix up our Hydrafacial serums to ensure it is safe for mums and bubs.

Usually, excess oil and dead skin cells lead to breakouts, and Hydrafacial addresses these issues. There are chances that after deep exfoliation, the treatment can also clear impurities that take place during the skin purging. But before availing of the treatment, make sure to talk with your provider to know if you have sensitive skin or are allergic to any ingredients that might lead to any allergic reaction on your skin. In case you experienced some breakouts after receiving the Hydrafacial treatment, then schedule a follow-up consultation.

Hydrafacial treatments are painless and luxurious. The treatment uses a specially designed automated system for painless and effective extractions, making it easier to take care of your skin. Also, no recovery time is required.

Some people require repeat treatment every four to six weeks to experience the complete benefits of Hydrafacial. However, the interval varies based on your skin type and your physician’s advice. Regular treatments help tackle various skin issues, including acne, wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.

Typically, individuals notice the benefits of Hydrafacial after the first session, with continued improvements emerging over the following days.

Absolutely. We frequently perform Hydrafacials followed by Laser Genesis treatments for superior results. First, we’ll cleanse your skin of impurities. Then, we’ll stimulate collagen production to ensure your skin looks its absolute best.

Hydrafacial is renowned for its deep exfoliation process, which unclogs pores and boosts the absorption of facial serums. It involves using a patented vortex-fusion Hydrafacial machine to thoroughly remove excess oil and dead skin cells.

On the other hand, Laser Genesis is a non-invasive laser therapy that involves gently heating the skin’s upper layers through thousands of tiny laser pulses. This process promotes collagen regeneration, leading to smoother, more youthful-looking skin.

To ensure safe and optimal results, avoid any laser treatments, dermal fillers and chemical peels at least two weeks before your appointment. Minimise sun exposure and ensure you’re protected with broad-spectrum sunscreen whenever you’re outside.

Two days before your appointment, refrain from waxing and applying over-the-counter acne medications unless they have been approved by your cosmetic physician.

Yes! Check out our Hydrafacial before and after gallery to see the difference it can make for different skin issues.

Typically, there is no downtime, and the session lasts only up to an hour. You can carry on your normal activities right away as it is not as harsh as chemical peels. However, it will be best to avoid exfoliating treatments for the first couple of days after receiving a Hydrafacial to prevent redness and peeling.
