The Natural Facelift
Lymphatic & Buccal Facial Sculpting is an advanced, hands-on facial treatment designed to de-puff, sculpt and lift the face by combining targeted lymphatic drainage massage with specialised buccal (intra-oral) sculpting techniques. This treatment supports the body’s natural detoxification pathways while enhancing facial contour, relieving tension and restoring a visibly refreshed appearance.
Often described as a “natural facelift”, lymphatic and buccal sculpting is ideal for patients who experience facial puffiness, fluid retention, jaw tension (including clenching and TMJ symptoms), or those wanting refined definition through the cheeks, jawline and lower face – without injectables or downtime.
This treatment is both therapeutic and aesthetic: it not only improves facial shape and glow, but also supports skin health, circulation, muscle tone and recovery, making it an exceptional choice before special events, as part of ongoing facial maintenance, or during the healing phase after certain aesthetic or surgical treatments (where appropriate).
Treatment length: 60 minutes
We regularly get asked about our procedures, so we have put together a couple of questions we get asked on a regular basis. If there is something else you would like to know, please get in touch!
Buccal massage is a sculpting technique performed inside the mouth (intra-oral). It targets deeper facial muscles that can’t be reached with external massage alone, helping to release tension, improve facial symmetry, soften tightness through the jaw, and lift the lower face.
This treatment may not be suitable if you have:
Active cold sores or contagious skin infection
Recent dental surgery, mouth ulcers, or open oral wounds
Severe cystic acne inflammation
Uncontrolled thyroid issues or active cancer (unless cleared by your doctor)
Recent facial surgery or injectables (within restricted timeframes)
If unsure, we recommend booking a skin consult prior.
Yes – it can be extremely beneficial. Buccal sculpting releases tension within the jaw muscles (including areas affected by clenching), helping to ease tightness, reduce facial compression, and soften muscular bulk over time when performed consistently.
